At Body & Brain Holistic Yoga, we offer individual and group Dahn Yoga classes. Our yoga classes include basic yoga to integrated qigong courses. All classes are designed to help empower you by channeling your energy more efficiently. Our yoga classes are a combination of breathing and relaxation techniques, physical exercise, yoga, stretching, tai chi, martial arts, visualization and meditation. Body & Brain centers are proudly operated by individual, independent owners who have been inspired by their own practice of Dahn Yoga and have made a lifestyle choice of spreading the benefits to others.
