Bobby D's commitment to quality is evident in USDA Prime ribeye. We age out meat in a Himalayan salt tiled refrigerator just above freezing. The result is a perfectly marbleized tender beef, offering a rich depth of flavor. Our entrees are served with a warmed loaf of bread and house potatoes. Our ribeye size varies from 8 oz to 16 oz with requests made in 2 oz increments at $2 p/oz.
