About Us
Bluewater Grill Temecula is located at the site of the former Fish House Vera Cruz in the geographic center of Temecula. Ron Butler and his brother, Rex, turned their fish house-and-seafood market concept in a multi-million dollar enterprise producing seafood products for California supermarkets. Fish House Vera Cruz became famous for mesquite grilled fish and, from this foundation, Bluewater Grill will evolve it into a more modern and updated seafood restaurant serving a larger variety of seafood and non-seafood items.
