About Us
Chef Adam and Elli Roustom opened The Blue Plate in December of 2007 and instantly gained a following of tourist and locals alike. This Avon restaurant grew out of our small space and moved to a larger Avon, Colorado location. Serving Lunch and Dinner, we have garnered a reputation of being one of the best restaurants in Vail Valley. Located just down the hill from Beaver Creek you can enjoy our authentic Schnitzel everyday, all natural Colorado steaks, fondue, and the numerous popular dishes Chef Adam serves up that have been a staple to the Vail Valley.
