Hot 26 & 2 (60min.)
60 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises: The 26 & 2 series is a very precisely designed yoga that takes you through 26 postures, warming and stretching muscles, ligaments and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. The series is unique in the way that each posture prepares the body for the posture that follows. The result is a very safe, effective, holistic series that can be practiced by anyone of any age or fitness level. This yoga works by something called the tourniquet effect: stretching, balancing, and creating pressure all at the same time to restrict blood flow to certain parts of the body. As you work to maintain a posture, a floodgate effect is created so when you release out of a pose, blood rushes through the veins and arteries, flushing them out and delivering freshly oxygenated blood to the body. The series is designed to strengthen every part of the body. It is practiced in a heated room, allowing a deeper stretch with less risk of injury, increasing the heart rate for a better cardiovascular workout, and detoxifying the body by letting toxins escape via the sweat

Fusion is a 75 minute fusion class that blends bikram, vinyasa and ashtanga styles of yoga to create a complete body-mind therapeutic flow
Hot Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga is a popular yoga style that includes a broad range of postures. It is a varying sequence of poses dedicated to specific areas of the body unifying movement with breath. These poses increase physical endurance, strength and focus, training the mind to connect with the body through constant flow and meditation. Vinyasa classes are heated and paired with music and allow students of all levels to explore and connect with their inner selves

Kids Yoga
All kids ages 4-13 are welcome. The room is not heated. Please bring a mat and towel. Please, no parents in the room during class time; we promise to take good care of your youngsters!
Bikram Yoga is a challenging 90 minute series of 26 postures(asanas) and 2 breathing exercises in a heated climate that provides the body with a complete system of wellness, restoration and rejuvenation. The Bikram method stimulates organs, glands and nerves, moving blood to 100% of the body by utilizing the Tourniquet Effect (also known as the Lock Gate Theory).
