Here at Blue Moon we only use the finest and freshest cuts of meat and slow cook them over Hickory wood for up to 14 hours everyday. Wrapped in our secret rub, hand prepared and finished in our award winning sauce (if ya like). Because our meats are smoked every night fresh, yes it's true sometimes we do run out of one, but we'll do it all over again tomorrow. All of our homemade sides and desserts are made from scratch. We've won numerous awards for our meats including two grand championships.
