Blue Kudzu Handcrafted Sake
At Blue Kudzu Sake Company we make small batch handcrafted Sake. We use pristine mountain water and highly polished California rice to create all of our brews. We use time honored traditional Japanese production methods to brew our Sake. We make an assortment of different styles which can be found in stores and at restaurants around North Carolina. Stop by the brewery and try our seasonal selections and to also try our Namazake (or unpasteurized sake). We are always happy to give brewery tours at anytime.
