At Blue Dog, we have always held pork in high esteem. Bob Hancock has spent years honing his skills in making bacon, curing salami and processing a variety of other pork products. Recently, we forged a partnership with Field Day Family Farm, and we are now raising our own heritage breed of pig – the Red Wattle. Since Bob ministers to their needs on a daily basis, we are confident that our animals are truly receiving the care and respect they deserve.
