After a lot of time and energy spent trying to put our love of pour-over coffee into words, we realized it made more sense to just put it in a box. This elegant starter kit includes a petite but ultra-durable travel-size dripper, a package of kenaf #1 filters and a half-pound of Bella Donovan, one of our drip coffee blends. Give it as a friendly (yet assertive) antidote to anyone who’s ever raised an eyebrow at your well-arranged office coffee setup.

Cascara Tea
Cascara is made from the fruit that surrounds the coffee bean. The husk is separated from the seed then raked and dried. This cascara comes to us from Aida Batlle’s Finca Tanzania. We’ve worked with Aida for four years and carried her cascara for two. To yield the most delicious results, steep 5-8 grams of cascara in 325 ml of 201 F water for five minutes. Alone, it’s crystalline; with a drop of honey, it’s decadent.
