This slow-paced Vinyasa flow class is an introduction to yoga with an emphasis on integrating pranayama (breath), asanas (poses) and meditation. During this hour we move at a slower pace focusing on proper alignment and movement. Each class ends with resting in savasana (relaxation) for 5-10 minutes. While this class is geared towards beginners, it is open to all levels of practitioners. All of our adult level 1 yoga classes are prenatal friendly!
Levels 1 & 2
Our mixed levels class incorporates all of the elements of our adult level 1 class but moves at a faster, more powerful pace. The poses may be a bit more challenging, but our instructors are available to provide personalized variations. Either way, be prepared to sweat!
Restore & More
Join Kim on Tuesday nights for a restorative gentle flow yoga class! This slow paced class warms the body up for sitting in meditation and restorative poses that support you as you let go of tension and effort. Props are used and postures are held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit. Restorative yoga is beneficial to balance a more active practice or decompress after a stressful day. Come enjoy this class on its own or after taking the 6:15 Mixed level class. All in all a perfect way to end your Tuesday night and feel rejuvenated for the rest of the week!
Gentle Flow Candlelight Yoga
Bring inner peace and quiet the mind with the tranquility of Candlelight Yoga. Classes blend stretching, gentle movement and restorative poses with a focus on relaxing into the deepest layers of the body to return us to a place of release, surrender and calm. All levels are welcome.

Happy Baby Yoga (4 Months to Crawling)
This mommy and me class helps to reduce the stresses of new motherhood. It combines yoga and play while toning and strengthening the body, creating a bond between you and your infant. Babies will be engaged as they're integrated in some of the yoga poses. Dads and caregivers welcome! Please bring a blanket for baby.
Tree Top Toddlers (1-3 Years Old)
Pair up with your toddler in animated yoga poses, games, music and breathing exercises to help improve coordination and build body awareness. This fun class creates a bond between parent and child. Dads and caregivers are welcome!
Teeny Yoginis (4-6 Years Old)
In this energy releasing yoga class, we combine simple yoga poses with music, games and story time. Kids will build coordination and calm their bodies through breathing and visualization exercises. Laughs and creativity are guaranteed as kids build strength and flexibility!
Little Lotus Yoga (7-8 Years Old)
In our Little Lotus Yoga class, we practice kid-friendly poses and breathing techniques in a playful, supportive, and safe environment. We introduce yamas (how to treat others) and niyamas (how to treat yourself), deepening a child's sense of respect and awareness. Kids will strengthen their bodies all while incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques.
Tween Yoga (9-12 Years Old)
This series engages kids by incorporating physical postures with the breath. Visualization and breathing techniques help improve balance and concentration which can be applied to our everyday lives. Yoga can be an important sanctuary for tweens, a place to develop self-confidence as well as focus while having fun!
Family Yoga (4 9 Years Old)
With an emphasis on partner poses, music and games, this weekend class is a great opportunity to bond with your family and take some time to reconnect while keeping bodies healthy and strong!
Jammin' with Jared (1-4 Years Old)
Mommy and me classes with Jared are an interactive concert experience. Through sing-alongs, instrument play, storytelling, movement, and original music - these classes are not only fun, but educational. The songs and activities are created to promote healthy cognitive function, music appreciation, language development, motor skills and an overall sense of positive self worth! Come join the jam!
