Reopened in Dec. 2010, Blind Dog is a renewal of the neighborhood restaurant. Named for their treasured blind black lab, Rigger, Penny & Derrick brought a bit of the East Coast to an old lumberyard in Utah. Blind Dog incorporates their passion of all things ocean and everything canine. A massive Tarpon watches over the comfortable bar with one of the largest wine, beer and spirit lists offered in the state. Saddle up to the sushi bar for some jet fresh fish or grab a small table to enjoy a Kobe beef steak or the local's favorite Dreamloaf. Slide into the butter soft leather benches in the dining room, admire the colorful gathering of dog art, and dive into a bowl of the famous mac and cheese. Beware, you might have to share. But we won't tell if you don't.
