Reformer - Essential
You'll still get a great workout...strengthening core muscles, increasing muscle flexibility and joint mobility, and improving posture! This class is perfect for those who are new to Pilates, need modifications for injuries, or just want to keep working on the basics.
Simultaneously develop greater strength, balance, flexibility and core stability, with suspension training that leverages gravity and your own bodyweight. Please bring athletic shoes. Reformer - Intermediate
Students learn in this class the combines exercises on the reformer, cadillac/tower, chair, and barrels. A full body, fun, and faster paced class on the Reformer. Not recommended for those who are new to Pilates or need modifications for injuries.
