We combine gymnastics (body control), weightlifting (control of external objects), and cardiovascular training into each workout. Our constantly varied programming means you will never get bored because you rarely do the same workout twice. Each day is different and will challenge you in a different aspect of fitness. You will move quickly through a lineup of exercises known as the Workout Of the Day, or WOD, which is the hallmark of the Crossfit experience. Every WOD is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts- from warm up to cool down- are an hour or less, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
