The award, which recognizes excellence in menu design, format, content and originality, was presented to owner Donna Rocker at the International Hotel-Motel and Restaurant Show. Donna Rocker does all her own design work and has done a wonderful job with the Menu at Black Mountain Grill, said Van Hefner, president of the Nevada Hotel-Motel Association and Nevada Restaurant Association, sponsors of the event.
