About Us
New owners David Colombo and Scott Brownlee invite you to the newly renovated Black Cat Tavern in Hyannis, MA. The Tavern offers a wide array of fresh native seafood, fine steaks, gourmet burgers and home made desserts. Live music is featured in the piano bar and lounge Thursday through Saturday night. The Black Cat Tavern looks to achieve the same status as Mr. Colombo’s other Hyannis restaurants, The Roadhouse Cafe, currently in it’s twenty ninth year of operation, and Colombo’s Cafe and Pastries, currently in it’s third. The Black Cat Tavern is a waterfront, harbor side restaurant with a full bar, piano lounge, spacious patio and unbeatable ferry access. The Black Cat is not simply a seafood shack. The full menu offers gourmet burgers, steaks, chops and chef driven specialties in a breezy casual atmosphere. The Chef has designed the menu to use only the freshest local ingredients.
