Thanks to the Coravin System, we now have the freedom to pour a single glass of wine from any bottle without opening it. This system protects the wine from oxidation using Coravin's proprietary technology, which leaves the cork in place while the wine is poured. This system gives us the ability to share some finer wines you wouldn't typically find by the glass. Below are our selections we would like to share with you; all pours are six ounces

2016 Gran Moraine Pinot Noir, Yamhill-Carlton (Willamette Valley), Oregon
The climate of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA combined with the sedimentary-based soils of the growing sites produces wine with nuanced fruit and earth characters driven by ageable tannins that are structured yet elegant. The wine has heady aromas of guava and strawberry, lemongrass, thyme, cocoa, smoke and tarragon. On the palate there are flavors of cherry, strawberry, cola and leather. Delicious with your chicken, grouper or any of our steaks!

2020 Daou Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles, California
A robust Cabernet with aromas of blackberry, cherries, black currants, accented with sage and a hint of dark chocolate. Bold and full bodied on the palate, Daou brings to mind flavors of cherry, dried berries and cassis, with subtle mocha and truffle nuances. The finish is balanced and well-rounded, which make this wine parable with any one of our Steak offerings"

2017 Mt. Brave Cabernet Sauvignon, Mount Veeder, Napa, California
Among the tight-knit winegrowing community in the Napa Valley, no one understands the practical difficulties and spiritual rewards of mountain winegrowing more than Chris Carpenter. With an already legendary Napa winemaking record for Lokoya and Cardinale, Chris had little to prove when the Mt. Brave project began to evolve in 2007. And yet, the opportunity to craft wines from Mt. Veeder that would pay homage to the mountain's rich history, while expressing a new, distinguished view, proved irresistible. Blueberry, licorice, beef blood, tobacco leaf, and forest floor aromas soar from the glass of this ripe, full-bodied, opulent wine. On the palate this is a muscular, tight-knit style, with firm, dense, well-proportioned notes of dark berry, crushed rock, and graphite

2018 Château Monbousquet Grand Crú Classeé, Saint-émilion, Bordeaux, France
Hand-picked and produced on a 33-hectare estate rich in both gravely and sandy-clay soils, this classic Bordeaux has been considered a grand cru classee since 2006. Rich, dark-fruit aromas of cassis and plum are balanced by soft tannins and a round body, paring best with our well-marbled steaks

2016 Podere Poiano Amarone della Valpolicella, Veneto, Italy
A legendary Italian wine, Amarone is known for its deep color and flavors, accented by powerful aromas of dark berries and chocolate. The Podere Poiano does not disappoint as a companion to any of our steaks or beef tartare

2019 Botani Old Vines Muscatel, Malaga, Spain
100% Muscat of Alexandria. One of the oldest clones of the Muscat family and one of the only remaining genetically unmodified vitis vinifer cultivars remaining in the world today. The seafaring Phoenicians transplanted this grape from Alexandria, Egypt to Malaga 3,000 years ago. This wine has the classic exotic, complex perfume of crushed citrus, tangerine, exotic flowers, and honeyed lime. It's medium-bodied, has amazing purity, good acidity, and a clean, crisp finish. It is an outstanding dry white that shines on the table! Perfect with anything off the raw bar, especially the oysters!

2015 Olivier Leflaive Auxey-Duresses, France
Chardonnay from Auxey-Duresses, Burgundy, France. Perched in the western uplands alongside the famous Chardonnay-producing village of Meursault, Auxey-Duresses is a small but substantial wine-producing sub-appellation in the Côte de Beaune of Burgundy. Its vineyards cover both sides of the valley (called a combe in French) that cuts through the low hills just west of the lower Côte de Beaune villages of Meursault and Volnay. This is a ripe, full wine, toasty from wood aging and with rich apricot fruit cut by lemon acidity with grace notes of spice and mineral. It is balanced, full of fruitiness and is ready to drink

2020 Tenuta le Calcinaie Vernaccia, San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy
Founded by winemaker Simone Santini in 1987 with just 6 hectares, Tenuta Le Calcinaie is among the youngest vineyards in San Gimignano. Organically farmed and steel-fermented, this 100% vernaccia carries bright aromas of green apple, fresh lemongrass and citrus with a mild minerality that gives way to a soft finish. This wine will pare well with any of our seafood entrees and raw bar
