About Us
?Red Beet is an Alaskan Bistro dedicated to serving real food to real people. Our food is gluten, soy and chemical free. We grow and harvest much of our own produce. Most of the remainder comes form local farms. Summer mornings find our staff on these farms or in the our fields choosing and harvesting for your table.? No processed foods are used in our kitchen or bakery. All foods are made from raw ingredients. Most are organic. From dairy to wild harvest to house made, we plan our menus carefully around available local and organic foods to both nurture and delight.
