While the staff keeps guests pampered, the gregarious Miki Zivkovic - never without a warm greeting and a joke - emerges from the kitchen to make his guests feel like they’re dining at an old friend’s home. “I want Bistro Provence to be the kind of restaurant where everybody feels right at home…it’s the kind of place I’m happy to keep open until midnight - well beyond the normal closing time - as long as everybody is still having a good time”, comments the fun-loving chef.
