Merlot is capable of creating some of the most profound wines on the planet. The name Merlot comes from an old regional French dialect, and translates to "Blackbird". It is a cross of Cabernet Franc and an ancient French varietal Magdeleine Noire des Charentes. Its the main grape in right bank Bordeaux and the 2nd most planted grape in the world. More important, its delicious and incredibly food friendly with it ample fruit and smooth, silky tannins. Enjoy some Merlot. With over 50 years of wine making in Napa, the Trefethens are California wine royalty. Their restored 19th century, 3 story gravity fed wine making facility is unlike anything else in Napa. Orange
Red & white wines are basically the same except for one major difference: White wine is made without the presence of grape skins and red wines are made with that grape skin presence. Orange wine is simply wine made like red wine, but with the same types of grapes that white wine is typically made from, resulting in wines with wonderful heft & tannic structure

Our philosophy is to serve the highest quality meats and seafood in a simple and honest manner. By enhancing the flavors subtly, we know the quality of our product will speak for itself. Everything we serve, including our bread and desserts, are made in house with the best available ingredients we can find. Our fish is sashimi grade and our beef is a mixture of aged USDA Prime and Choice Black Angus. BIN Fifty-Four steaks are seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground pepper, slow grilled over a wood fire, rested for a quarter of the actual cooking time and finished with brown butter. Sauce is always served on the side, enabling the guest to control its influence.
