Billy's Tip N' Inn

In 1998 my son came to me and said- “Dad, we need to go out on our own.” After 40 years of being in business with someone else, I agreed it was time. So we started looking. It took us a year to find the right location. We considered the old Great American Diner and the property where A Matter of Taste is now located, before settling at 6707 Highland Road. The building housed the Alpine Inn in the 70’s and over the years changed names and ownerThe best thing about this place is the fact that we all bring something to the table. My son, Tim takes care of the entertainment and business end, while I supervise the food production. My wife, Sharon, is responsible for the beautiful decorations you see at the holidays; and making sure everything stays clean as a whistle.
