We smoke all our specialty meats in house over hickory & pecan wood. Our favorites include pulled pork, brisket, tri-tip, chicken, sausage, St. Louis & Beef Ribs. Try some of our unique smoked items like smoked meatloaf, turkey, portabella mushroom & salmon. Have some of our six regional BBQ sauces like our Sweet, Spicy, Carolina, Tangy Mustard, Blonde or Smoky Jalapeno.
We also have a great selection of Certified Angus Burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads & a kids menu. We have four draft beers, a good bottled beer selection plus red & white wine.
