Bikram Yoga is a total body work - out consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises completed in a hot room (105 degrees / 50% humidity) for 90 minutes. This yoga is intended for everyone at every level to assist in restoration of strength and flexibility to improve overall circulation throughout the entire body. Results go beyond the physical.

Fire Class with Brad
Travelling teacher Brad returns for one day only to lead a special FIRE CLASS. This two hour class will offer the classic 90 minutes, plus 30 minutes of extra posture tips and hands-on adjustments to fire up your yoga practice.

On the 2nd Saturday of every month, the 4:30 pm class with Michele is now FREE for all– so bring and welcome those you know that would benefit from this practice. It's BYSJ's gesture to get the world to do more yoga!
Complimentary Workshop for Beginners - Bikram Basics
When: Saturday, January 13th 12:30 – 2 pm; Saturday, January 27th 12:30 – 2 pm. New to Bikram Yoga? Learn the basics for success at BYSJ! This session is designed especially for you as a beginner! We will have an introductory talk, question-and-answer session, and time practicing the postures (offered at low heat).
