Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed by Bikram Choudhury. Practiced in a room set to 105°F, the class works every muscle, joint, organ and tendon of the body.
Anyone, regardless of skill level or physical shape, can join a class at Bikram Yoga North Shore. Whether it’s your first class or 100th class, Bikram Yoga offers continual learning and improvement. All classes welcome first-time students – the series is possible for any student – even if you’ve never taken a yoga class. Come as you are to begin experiencing the benefits.
