Welcome to the home of Big Sky Restaurant and Saloon. We offer a casual atmosphere for everyone where Great Food, Good Drinks, and Fun People Meet.
Opened in May of 2004, The Owners, Dan and Gail Hoag, with the help of Gail’s brother, Terry Sauerbier, the Restaurant Manager, transformed a previous restaurant that has been located here since the 1950's into a faced paced casual dining family restaurant with a great variety of delicious food. With the inception of the Big Sky, it has become one of the premiere destinations in Southern Livingston County, located at 5570 Hartman Road in Dansville, New York.
The Big Sky Restaurant and Saloon provides a comfortable casual atmosphere, and is the perfect environment for family dining as well as business meetings and social events. The style is relaxed and the menu is extensive, where everyone always finds something to enjoy.
Employing a staff of 12 and seating up to 44 guests in the dining room, Our Restaurant offers personal, courteous service with a friendly smile.. From the moment you meet your server to the last plate being cleared from your table, the staff assures you lack for nothing.
