Chef Colleen Clawson believes that it is her responsibility to source the best possible options when creating and preparing a menu. And she feels that those options can come within a 100 mile radius of the St. Louis area to lessen the strain on our environment and to keep money in our communities. Of course not everything we serve can be done that way ( such as bulk organic carrots) but she chooses local partners when available.Our bistro style dinner menu is divided into two sections: the left hand side is for the classic dishes you love from us such as Rosemary & Red Wine Braised Pot Roast, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Cheddar Cheese Macaroni. The right hand side features our nightly specials based on seasonal and local ingredients. Both sides offer small and large plates as well as a cheese plate and a dinner flight - plenty of options that are adaptable to your evening with us for a quick bite after work, a celebratory meal, or a night at the Repertory or Opera Theatre.
