We introduce the concepts of leading and following as well as the basic rhythm and turns of 6-Count Swing. This class is for the true beginner. We present the material at a moderate pace - quick enough to keep it movin' but slow enough to allow plenty of practice time.
Swing II A: Tuck Turns
This class teaches triple steps and several new turning variations for both leads and follows. These eye-catching turns will ramp up your 6-count swing repertoire. What to Wear:Be comfy! There is no dress code, however, it always feels better to dress for the occasion.
Charleston is the dance where it all began, the grand-daddy of all swing dances. It's the dance that swept the nation in the 1920's, causing everyone from schoolchildren to grandmammies to flapper girls and mobsters' molls to get up and show off their energetic, light-hearted steps.
Lindy IV: Lindy Hop Challenge
If you are looking to challenge your technique and repertoire, this is the class for you. You'll explore movement redirection, rhythm changes and level variations.
Lindy III B: Lindy Hop Spectacular B
With each Lindy III class, you'll take your technique and musicality to a new level. Lindy III A, B and C all introduce new patterns, swing out variations, rhythm options and Charleston variations.
