Big City Soup was all about the soup. There were sides, sweets, salads and sandwiches but the twelve to fifteen fresh soups a day dominated the menu. Every morning we would update the website with the day’s lineup, then print off a stack of menus for use inside the restaurants. This cookbook will contain the cream of the crop from our more than decade long experience in the trenches of the food business. We hope to have it completed and available soon.
