Our Indoor Cycling combines high intensity interval training and endurance training for a sweaty, calorie burning class. We incorporate sitting and standing specific timed intervals to give you a total body workout that helps to build cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your heart, improve your mood, and stimulate your mind and body. This low impact cardio option is a nice break from all the pounding on your joints in life and other activities. New to cycling?
