Duration: 1 hour; Free; This beginner-friendly class provides students with a strong foundation in both the self-defense and sport applications of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). It follows the school's BJJ Foundations curriculum engineered to provide you with well-rounded and effective grappling skills. While getting a great workout, you'll also learn how to apply and escape submission holds, including chokes and arm locks. You may also be given the opportunity to put their skills to the test during live positional sparring drills under the supervision of certified, professional instructors!

Muay Thai Basics
Duration: 1 hour; Free; This beginner-friendly class provides you with a strong foundation in Muay Thai. This Muay Thai Basics class will follow a rotating foundations curriculum that will keep you smiling, sweating, and learning the whole time. In these fun, action-packed classes, you'l have ample opportunity to hit the pads while learning effective self-defense techniques. If you decide to continue on, after six months of consistent training and testing in the application and evasion of attacks, you'll be armed with the essential striking skills needed to progress to Intermediate/Advanced Level classes.
