Training Policies and Expectations
Before entering classroom, all students must pull attendance cards & place all sparring gear & belongings in the Gear Room.
No shoes and/ or socks are to be worn on the mat.
All children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult to the restroom.
During adult classes, all children under the age of 6 must be enrolled in babysitting for the entirety of the class.
No children under 6 may be left unattended in the lobby
All gear must be purchased through Best of the Best Family Martial Arts & Fitness Pro- Shop.
Proper uniform must be worn to all martial arts classes.
Proper training gear is required for all Muay Thai and Sparring classes.
50% deposit is required for all pro-shop orders.
No yelling on to the mat while class in session.
All martial arts students must bow when entering and leaving the training floors.
All members are expected to be respectful and courteous to each other and their instructors.
Our Story
Est. 2012.
Sensei/Kru Jonathan-Paul Brascetta founded Best of the Best Family Martial Arts & Fitness in May 2012.
Best of the Best is a family-oriented school because Sensei/ Kru Jon values family above all and loves to work with children and adults of all ages. He has been training in the martial arts for the past 20 years and holds rank in 3 different styles, Kenpo, Muay Thai, and Tae Kwon Do.
Sensei/ Kru Jon is no stranger to hard work and discipline.
Before opening Best of the Best, he managed another successful martial arts/fitness location for 3 years with 400+ members. Since establishing Best of the Best, he and his staff have only become more accustomed to the importance of dedication and motivation.

Cardio Kickboxing, Performance Team Choreography, Flips & Tricks, Summer Camps, and Birthday Parties.

Definitely deserves 5 stars. I can not articulate what a wonderful staff they have here. I have been taking the cardio kickboxing class for just over a year and I can't imagine working out with a better group of people. I have also taken the zumba class which is fun and phenomenal. The instructors are full of positive energy that will keep you motivated and keep you coming back for more. I have never been one to enjoy exercise. Matter of fact, I hated it. But this class is amazing. The staff at Best of the Best is friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are fantastic and the times are convenient for single working mothers like myself. Best of the Best is amazing. A great family martial arts gym but they make you work hard to achieve your goals. I've learned so much in the 6 weeks I've been going there and they have pushed me over my plateau. I've lost more weight here than I was just going to the gym on a regular basis. There are not enough words to explain how Best of the Best truly lives up to its name. Kru Jon and Sensei Gary are beyond awesome at what the do, always taking the time to help every single student. Alison is a fabulously energetic zumba instructor with the heart of a true dancer! Rachel and the rest of the staff really do make you feel like family who never fail to greet you with a smile. I have been working with them for the past 11 months and aside from the proudest physical shape I'm in that I've earned through cardio kickboxing and zumba, it does not even compare to the confidence I've gained. It's fun, exciting and once class is over you can't wait to go back! Prices are just right and class times and location are perfect. I recommend BOTB to all persons of all ages if you're looking for a place to meet great people and learn to love who you are.

Sensei Jon and Sensei Gary are amazing instructors. I have trained with them for the past year and a half. The name says it all. The staff here really knows how to make you feel welcomed from day one. Excellent facilities and a flexible schedule add to the friendly atmosphere. My 5 year old loves it and can't wait for his next lesson! Highly recommended!

You have to see the FAMILY you become from the minute you walk in the door. My son is so so happy that he is attending classes with SENSI JOHN, SENSI GARY, and MISS RACHEL. We enjoy everything the school has to offer and the way they are with everyone, if you are attending or just stopping by to check out the school. The BEST instructors, The BEST classes, The BEST staff and The BEST facility! This truly is an amazing family business for families - they care so much for their students of ALL ages, and it shows in every way, from the moment you walk in the door. My kids have grown up with these instructors and staff, and the impact on them is apparent every day in so many aspects - in their physical condition, confidence, motivation, moral values, respect for others, excelling in school.....I could go on and on! I myself am a kickboxing student and have never been in better shape. As an adult, the motivation, energy and support here from the staff AND other students is phenomenal. I absolutely LOVE Best of the Best! I go to zumba there & the instructor Alison is AWESOME!!! The staff there is just as GREAT! If you have a question, they have an answer or will find one for you. They are organized & such an inspriation to everyone. Their motivation helps to keep you going & they strive for success not perfection, which is very cool. Zumba is incredibly fun & such a great workout! I never leave without feeling accomplished. It is a friendly environment which is soo nice compared to going to other places where you just feel out of the loop. At Best of the Best everyone matters, no matter what your goals are. Not only is Zumba great there, but my son LOVES karate there as well! He is enjoying his summer off, but can't wait til September to get back in there with Sensei Gary & Sensei Jon. They are great with the kids & make them feel important. Their karate program there is wonderful! Hands down I wouldn't send my son anywhere's else! I rate this place & staff with FIVE STARS!!!

About Us
Best of the Best Family Martial Arts & Fitness specializes in martial arts & fitness training for all ages. Our children's martial arts programs teach kids not only to be excellent martial artists through a Muay Thai based curriculum infused with Kenpo & Tae Kwon Do, but to be exceptional people by teaching discipline, respect, confidence, & character building in a family-friendly atmosphere!
Our Adult Muay Thai program is amazing for men & women. The class allows students to get in great shape while learning the art of Muay Thai. Demonstrations by instructors followed by partner drills allow students to fully absorb the techniques!
