Tri-Caffe Wood Roasted Espresso from Pistoia, Tuscany
25 years ago, Iano de Grazia introduced me to this, the best Espresso coffee in the world. I would come home from Italy with a few pounds when I could get it. Now it has arrived in the USA. I have selected a 80/20 blend for it wonderful crema as well as it's ability to stand up milk. 80/20 refers to the amount of Arabica (80%) and Robusta (20%) beans in the coffee. Contrary to what you may have heard, top quality Robusta is not inferior to Arabica beans just different. Robusta supplies the body and chocolate overtones.

Clean, smooth and moderate in body. A blend of Latin American & Indonesian coffees decaffeinated by the "Mountain Water Process" which uses a water filtration device to remove virtually all of the caffeine from the beans. No chemicals are used.
