Why Get a Tankless Water Heater?
Energy Efficient Design
Today's tankless water heater technology uses copper heat exchangers to provide maximum efficiency which can use up to 40 percent less energy than a traditional tank water heater
Save Energy, Save Money
By operating only as hot water is needed, there is no storage tank to heat and reheat water. This offers a very energy efficient way to generate hot water on demand making tankless technology that helps reduce energy consumption and costs
A Wise Investment
Increase your home's value with the latest in water heater technology, increased energy efficiency, an improved Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index Score and optimized LEED certification. You may save additional money with the installation of a tankless water heater system through energy efficiency rebates and tax credits
Wide Range of Sizes
With tankless water heaters, you have options when it comes to selecting the right-size for your installation and to customize your efficiency
Replace Parts, Not the Entire Unit
One of the advantages of a tankless water heater is that many of its parts are replaceable and as such, you may not need to replace the entire system as you would on a traditional tank water heater

Water Softeners, Water Filtration
Dealing with Hard Water
Hard water is a common problem in many households across the United States. If you've ever had to clean soap scum off of shower walls, had water scale clog up your pipes, or your freezer has produced milky, cloudy ice cubes, you have experienced some of the common problems associated with hard water.
But What Is Hard Water?
Put simply, hard water is water that has a high mineral content. The minerals in the water prevent soap from sudsing properly, leave a white film or residue behind, and can result in damage to water heaters. A water softener is often all that is needed to fix hard water problems.
How Water Softeners Work
Salt is one of the main components of a water softener and must be resupplied in order for the system to continue working correctly. So just how does a water softener work? In the simplest terms, hard water passes through a filter that contains negatively charged resin (plastic) beads. The resin beads attract and filter out calcium and magnesium minerals from the water – the two main culprits of hard water. The newly soft water then passes through the filter and into the home. Water softener salt is required for cleaning the water softener system, also known as regeneration. During regeneration, positively charged salt ions force the magnesium and calcium off of the resin beads. The salty regeneration water is then flushed out of the softener and down the drain.
Basement and Utility Room Drain Cleaning
Basement and Utility Room Drain Cleaning
Floor drains are common in basements and laundry rooms, but they can also be found in garages, patios, driveways and bathrooms. These drains are equipped with a trap that should be kept filled with water to prevent odors and sewer gas from escaping. Dirt and debris can clog floor drains but Belsito Plumbing can clear them quickly to bring back good drainage.
Outdoor Drain Cleaning
Downspout drains help to channel water from roof gutters away from your home. Many downspouts are connected to the city's storm sewer system via underground pipes which can become clogged with leaves and debris and cause a backup. Belsito Plumbing provides professional plumbing services that clean downspouts and their connecting pipes to prevent flooding and restore proper drainage around the home.
Kitchen & Bathroom Drains
When kitchen and bathroom drains act up, replacing the valves can be a long, difficult, process. This procedure can be time–consuming and more difficult if the owner doesn't have the right tools and right knowledge. Let the experts in drain cleaning at Belsito Plumbing take care of you. We have the knowledge, license and technology to take care of your plumbing needs. This is another benefit of working with a licensed team of plumbing drain cleaning professionals.
Snaking and Clearing Clogs
We've got all the equipment to do battle with any clog blocking your drain.
Video Line Inspection
We send a video line down your drain so we know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it.
Tree Root Extraction
A common sewer problem is tree roots in your main sewer line. Our tools and expertise can fix sewer lines with tree roots–without causing more damage.
Do you have a high water bill?
You may have a hidden plumbing leak.
There are a variety of issues can cause your home water bill to skyrocket. Before you pull up the tile or dig up your yard, call the leak detection experts at Belsito Plumbing who can electronically locate the source without creating unnecessary destruction of your property.
You may have a hidden plumbing leak if:
You can hear the continuous sound of water (like a toilet running) when nothing is turned on.
Your water meter reading changes when you are not using any water.
Mark the indicator on your meter; don't use any water for an hour; then check the meter. If the indicator moved, you may have a leak.
Your water bill escalates over a period of weeks or months.
Compare your bills month to month.
Your walls or floors have wet, spongy, moist or discolored areas when nothing has been spilled.
You can smell foul odors coming from the floors or walls near drains or sewers.
Your building foundation cracks, vegetation grows unevenly or earth shifts for no apparent reason.
You find warm spots on your floor, particularly on concrete slab floors.
It's possible for our water leak detection technicians to determine the location of a leak by electronically locating the damaged source.
This is a distinct contrast to conventional trial‑and‑error methods of leak detection which require tearing up property. This is known as the search‑and‑destroy method.
The end result means leaks can be found and repaired with minimal disruption to property
This causes less disruption and saves thousands of dollars in costly search‑and‑destroy methods that do not guarantee a leak location.
Sewer Line Damage
Tree roots are usually the prime suspect when it comes to sewer-line damage
With thousands of feet of roots constantly seeking moisture and often finding it in your sewer line. Older, clay tile pipes are most susceptible to invasion, but these roots can penetrate even concrete and PVC pipes.
In addition to root damage
A broken or clogged sewer line can happen in a number of ways. Objects can find their way into the line and become lodged. Extreme temperature changes and general deterioration can cause sewer problems, such as lines buckling or breaking. Ground shifting or improper installation can also lead to misalignment.
Video Sewer Inspection
Video Sewer Inspection
This process avoids the expense of "exploratory" plumbing or digging up your yard by using a miniature camera to find out exactly what and where the problem is. Video inspection can also confirm the structural condition of your lateral pipes. It can tell you if an auger or high-pressure flush can solve the problem, or if more extensive repairs are necessary.
Septic Tank Pumping
When it comes to septic tanks, proper operation and maintenance is critical to a trouble-free experience. Therefore, one of the things you can do to properly maintain your septic tank is to have it cleaned out/pumped out periodically.
How Often Should A Septic Tank be Pumped Out?
We recommend that your septic tank be cleaned every three years to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Belsito Plumbing's septic tank pumping offers a reliable and trustworthy experience. Our professional staff prides themselves in offering you quality customer service and being knowledgeable in on-site waste water treatment systems. Our honesty and integrity toward every septic tank pumping job has earned us a reputation as one of the Valley's leading septic pumping companies.
Other Things You Can Do to Avoid Septic Tank Problems
In order to properly maintain your septic tank
You must also ensure that there is always a healthy colony of bacteria living, eating and digesting waste within the septic tank. After the septic tank is pumped, a small amount of sludge will remain in the bottom of the septic tank. This promotes bacteria growth, which is necessary to breakdown solids.
Septic system repair or replacement can be very expensive.
A common cause of early septic tank failure is improper maintenance by the homeowner which is surprising since the cost of preventive maintenance for a septic tank is quite minimal when compared to the cost to purchase and install a new septic system.
Don't let a septic tank failure sneak up on you!
Pump your septic tank before you have any issues. If your septic system is backing up, you probably have more issues than a full tank!!
Remodeling and Repair
Often times what is and isn't considered assessable for remodeling projects can be confusing to taxpayers.
If the projects are part of normal maintenance and repair, such as dry rot repairs or roof replacements, then they are not considered assessable. This also extends to projects that are primarily cosmetic like replacing bathroom or kitchen fixtures of similar quality. Any projects that raise the quality class or extend the useable life of the property are considered assessable. These "like new" or substantially equivalent to new renovations involve more substantial structural changes. They include projects that change the layout of the kitchen or bathroom, alter the usage of current property, or upgrade the capacity of the plumbing or electrical systems. Here are some examples but it is important to keep in mind that the scope of each project varies, so our office reviews each permit individually.
structural changes, changing floor plans, increasing its size
Completely renovating a property or portion thereof, i.e. down to studs
Change of use, i.e. converting from industrial to residential use
Upgrading electrical capacity from 110v to 220v
replacing cabinets, flooring, countertops, or fixtures with similar quality material
Dry rot or termite repairs
Replacing or repairing doors, windows, fences or decks
