In 1966 a young Italian immigrant named Sal Vitiello came to the Unites States from Italy with a dream of owning his own Italian Restaurant. He started working with his family in various places in New York City and the New England area, learning the business and perfecting recipes to his own liking that he grew up with! Sal, along with his son and wife Pia, have operated this well known Italian Restaurant since the beginning. Their son, John Vitiello, has been a valuable partner since 1991, and is now the majority owner. He is currently bringing this classic Italian restaurant update to the modern era without sacrificing any quality what so ever by offering new and exciting dishes as well as atmospheric changes.
