Thus BEFF’S was born an acronym for Big Ed Fat Field, a High School nickname of Pete. BEFF’s first opened its doors on September 11th, 1991 in Albany, N.Y. A second location at the “Four Corners” in Delmar, N.Y. opened in March of 1997.
