Beef-A-Roo has seen many changes in the 40 years that followed. The original menu included beef and ham sandwiches, potato chips, and soft drinks, which were served at a walk-up counter for take-out dining. By the mid-70's, menu expansion was in full swing. Cheeseburgers and french fries were the newest craze. The introduction of soft-serve chocolate shakes also gained instant menu popularity. In the 80's, Beef-A-Roo offered more spacious dining areas and the latest restaurant innovation: drive-through windows. Drive-through dining added a new level of convenience and service for our customers.
