"A-Ha Moments & Inverted Alignments" with Gabrielle

Movement is a gift & To move intelligently and with purpose is a responsibility of us all Yoga-asana is not about bliss, rather it is a great tool allowing one to become more sensitive and thus gain power and direction. Noah Julian and Johnathan Raiss have both trained extensively with Simon Park , David Regelin, Nevine Michann, Phillip Askew, Joan White, and Dharma Mittra just to name a few. They seek to evolve the practice of yoga holistically, while incorporating multiple movement modalities within their own practice and teaching. The focus of our 30 hours together will be to examine sequencing and alignment technique both in our own practices and teaching. Skillful sequencing shows one how to plan and create. Learning how to assist allows one to embellish the sequence they have created and adapt it to an individual's needs.
