Custom Cutting
We process beef, pork, lamb, & goat in our establishment. You must book ahead of time with us, and we usually are booking out 6 months in advance. If your want a slot in the fall, we recommend you book that a year in advance. We encourage anyone to call and get on a waitlist if you cannot get in at your desired time. We do not have a slaughter truck that runs out of our business specifically, so you must book that separately unless you are slaughtering your animal yourself. We recommend A&L Mobile Slaughtering. Once we receive your animal(s) on the scheduled date, we will hang them and call you with your weight(s). From there, one of our staff members will contact you for the names and phone numbers of your customers if you choose to sell your animals, and call them for their custom cutting instructions. We will then go over our cut sheet to construct your perfect cut list for our butcher with 30+ years of experience. Your animal will then be processed, and our professional wrappers will wrap it with a standard butcher paper and freezer film. From there, it will go into our freezers for two days and you should expect a call with a pickup date and a total. You may pick it up anytime during normal business hours. We encourage our customers to bring boxes or coolers because we store your meat in our freezers in crates that remain with us. We love to hear back from our valued customers on their level of satisfaction with their order.

Our standard hanging time for beef is 10-14 days. You may inquire more time for it to be hung, but it may require an extra fee, or denied due to lack of space.
