In this Raspberry Pi class, the students will build a homemade photo booth that posts pictures to the internet. They'll learn the Python programming language, and basic circuitry skills.
In this workshop we are going to make a play from scratch! Not by scratching for scratch, no, but through talking, discussing, writing, directing, and of course, acting.The goal of this workshop will be to learn the basics of playwriting and playacting.
Digital Design in Motion
Students in this class will learn about the mechanics and physics involved in geared motion. They will use a laser cutter and CAD program to design gears that will then be mounted to a wall-hanging sculpture and can be powered using a motor.
Do you like making your own weird movies? Or coming up with things no one has ever seen before? In this workshop, we will experiment with live analog cameras to create video art.
In this workshop, kids will get their hands dirty learning the basics of handbuilding with clay (pinch, slab, coil). We'll practice a variety of techniques for working with clay, learn about the process of firing and how the kiln works, and glaze our creations.
