Basta is rhode island's first avpn certified pizzeria, and we are one of less than 100 such establishments in north america. We use d.o.p. San marzano tomatoes, "00" flour, fresh mozzarella and the finest extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. At nearly 900 degrees fahrenheit our imported oven creates flavoring and texture that only a traditional wood-burning process can.
