Homemade "Lao Pork Sausage" stuffed with thick cut ground pork, shallots, lemongrass and fresh Thai chilies. Lightly fried and served with sticky rice, and "Jeow Mak Len," a Lao style salsa/dipping sauce.
"Lao Style Crispy Fried Rice" with shallots, green onions, and mixed with a pickled Lao sausage (non-sausage version available as well), freshly squeezed lime juice, and chopped cilantro; eaten like a lettuce wrap.
"Lao Heavenly Sweet Beef Jerky." Thinly sliced beef, covered in sesame seeds, dried and then lightly fried for a crispy outside texture. Served with "Jeow Mak Len," a Lao style salsa/dipping sauce, and sticky rice.

Marinated and grilled strips of a juicy, tender, and savory, steak (served medium rare to medium well; however rareness is adjustable, please allow for proper cook times when adjusting rareness), served with sticky rice and a homemade tamarind based dipping sauce consisting of roasted ground rice, chili powder, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
