Laab Nahm Thok
Succulent and tender brisket sliced and marinated with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar; then grilled, and tossed with our tamarind based Laab dressing; mixed with lime juice, ground roasted rice, chili flakes, cilantro, onions, green onions; served with a side of white jasmine rice (sticky rice also available).

Luang Prabang Khao Soi (GFR)
Traditional noodle soup from Northern Lao. Hand cut rice noodles in a clean bone based broth. (Sticky Rice and Pork Belly steamed in Banana Leaf). Think Lao Tamales!! A perfectly hearty and savory snack made of sticky rice, mung bean, coconut milk, and pork belly, seasoned with salt and black pepper, steamed in a banana leaf for aromatics and added flavor.
Pad Thai-Rito (GFR)
A full order of our delicious Pad Thai, with your choice of protein, topped with cilantro, green onions, and freshly roasted peanuts, and then wrapped into a large spring roll rice paper wrapper. Served with a side of our creamy peanut-coconut dipping sauce.

Ba Mee Tom Yum
Born from Thai street fare. Our wonderfully flavorful Tom Yum soup, served with either regular yellow egg noodles or crispy yellow egg noodles; your choice of chicken, seafood, pork or vegetarian version (tofu, nappa cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli). Served with an optional egg yolk on top of the broth, with cilantro and green onions; accompanied by lime wedges.
Gai (Chicken) or Pa (Fish) marinated in lemongrass, coconut milk, basil leaves, Makrut lime leaves, glass noodles, and fresh Thai bird's eye chilies; wrapped in a banana leaf and then steamed. Served with sticky rice.
