Duration: 45 min; Free; Hapkido is a Korean form of unarmed self-defense that incorporates traditional tae kwon do kicks and karate strikes, the throws of judo, joint locks of jiu jitsu, and circular throws of aikido. The result? A physical and mental workout that is perfect for showing both adults and children how to defend themselves. In this introductory class, you'll learn the fundamentals of hapkido from a professional instructor ready to motivate and guide you along in your journey. Classes are offered both individually for adults and children or combined for a family experience that have the whole crew moving and learning together, building self defense skills and a healthy martial arts practice.
