2 Tacos
Tacos are served in a shell of your choice (soft flour, soft corn or hard corn) and are loaded with rice, beans, pico de gallo, protein and veggies. Each order comes with two tacos — because you can never eat just one.
Salad
Salads are served with your choice of lettuce (iceberg, romaine and spinach), as well as rice, beans, pico de gallo, cheese, protein and veggies. Top it with one of our homemade dressings (ranch, barberitos southwest chipotle ranch, fat free balsamic vinaigrette, Barberitos southwest vinaigrette) for a fresh and healthy meal. Our homemade taco salad shell is delicious, but optional.
Nachos
Nachos are served with beans, protein, pico de gallo, lettuce, olives and jalapenos — and then baked with all natural, freshly shredded cheese or smothered with our mouth-watering, house-made cheese dip. And, yes, our tortilla chips are homemade, as well.
Quesadilla
Quesadillas are served on a 10" tortilla (flour or wheat) and filled with any combination of our fresh veggies and a protein. They come with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo. Something this good should never be a secret.

At Barberitos, we have spent countless hours perfecting our food selections to make them absolutely delicious. Our produce arrives daily, so you can be assured that your food is prepared fresh. In order to make our meals as healthy as possible, we don't use any added fats or preservatives in the preparation of our foods. We know that this “made from scratch” type of preparation requires more time and effort, but we do not tolerate anything less than the freshest and best tasting food. Barberitos will never compromise this philosophy. When we say our food is FRESH we go to the extreme to define the concept.
