Our Holladay location was the first to serve the huge burrito - now Barbacoa’s signature - as well as delicious tacos, burrito bowls and salads. From any Barbacoa location you can watch as your entrée is prepared in front of you. As it moves down the line, you choose the meat (or no meat), black or pinto beans and fajita vegetables. Then it’s topped as you like it with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and your choice of salsa.
