That's because you'll being getting fit while shaking your booty club-style, dancing in tandem with a fitness instructor to some of today's most thumping music beats. Featuring a lighting and sound system just like what you might find at an actual club, you might end up having so much fun that you'll hardly notice you're getting a workout! But while you'll certainly be smiling, you'll also be engaged in an effective interval training program that offers a full body workout, improving your body tone, stamina, strength, and flexibility. You'll even add a few new moves to unleash on the dance floor! Cancellation Policy : In order to cancel a class reserved, you must unreserve/cancel by 5 PM the day prior to the class. Once your class is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you haven't cancelled your class by 5 PM the night before resulting in a late cancel or no show, you will lose your credit.

Pop Star Dance Fitness

Duration: 1 hour; $25; Getting drenched in sweat usually isn't the best way to channel your inner diva, but this is one fitness dance class might just prove the exception. That's because you'll be busting your booty to some of the best of pop star choreography, getting a great workout and having a great time at the same time. Each class focuses on a specific pop star and music video, and over the course of the class you'll master the moves featured in the video while dancing to high energy beats. In the process, you'll get a great aerobic workout, improve your stamina, flexibility, and motor coordination, and tone your body. You'll also find in Banana Skirt Productions' studio a supportive, collaborative fitness studio where you can let loose and be yourself. Yourself being Beyonce, of course. Cancellation Policy: In order to cancel a class reserved, you must unreserve/cancel by 5 PM the day prior to the class. We offer reschedules/class credit only, no refunds. If you haven't cancelled your class by 5 PM the night before resulting in a late cancel or no show, you will lose your credit.
