Since 2006, locals and visitors alike have found a peaceful oasis at Balance. We are grateful for the continued support of our students and clients who have helped us to grow and expand. We strive to provide quality instruction in Pilates and Yoga in a clean, quiet atmosphere where students focus on connecting mind, body, and spirit without distraction.
Balance offers group classes, individual sessions, and private group sessions in Pilates & Yoga. We also offer local and international retreats and workshops.
Our massage therapists are dedicated to releasing stress and tension from the body and instilling a sense of wellness and relaxation. Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is available and Integrative Massage, too.
