Our unique, yet simple, vinaigrettes are made with specialty oils and vinegars. We use estate grove olives organically grown along the Mediterranean for our extra virgin olive oils. The balsamic vinegars, from modena, Italy, are made over an open wood fire and aged in seasoned wood casks. Combining these oils and vinegars with select greens from our farm creates our new unforgettable salads.
