We offer the same menu all day throughout our entire establishment. We have a number of environments to choose from including our waterfront dining room, our private room for group dining, our casual higher energy bar and our very family friendly brick oven space. Choose your environment, we'll do the rest.
Small plate starters are available all day. $2.00 off in our brick oven and bar for happy hour 7 days a week from 3pm to 6pm.

Our Story: Baked Alaska was born in the spring of 2000 and was originally the concept of Chef Christopher Holen, used in mock culinary school projects such as Menus, Business Plans etc. In June of 2000 the ideas spawned a real business plan and school externship.
