Our food is prepared fresh daily with the best, freshest ingredients available. We strive to be innovative as well as delicious. We were the first fish tacos in the Bay Area. The first Lobster Burrito. The first International Wrap in the East Bay. Many of our “staples” are organic and that number will continue to increase. We make our salsas daily, cook most of our meats and fish to order, and prepare other items throughout the day in order to maintain freshness.
