Chi-Minh is the owner of Baguette et Chocolat, the newly opened Authentic French Bakery and Pastry business in Austin, Texas. Originally from Versailles near Paris, Chi-Minh graduated from the famous National Institute of Bakery and Pastry (INBP), a school sponsored by the French Bakers Federation. While working in the best pastry shop in Versailles, Chi-Minh perfected the art of sophisticated pastries, French wedding cakes (including the famous "croque-en-bouche".... yum... you gotta try this !) and other delicacies like French macarons and truffles.
